We have an ongoing recruitment process to hire skilled, motivated and trustworthy individuals for various security and manpower positions. We recruit personnel according to client requirements, operational demands and deployment needs for both long-term and short-term assignments. RECRUITMENT PROCESS

Viper Security Service will recruit the candidates as required according to the mutual and commercial understanding between the client and Viper Security Service. This would be an ongoing process. As and when required, if provided for in the agreement or as mutually agreed in writing at any point of time during the validity of agreement Viper Security Service would recruit candidates through different recruitment process.

PAYROLL MANAGEMENT

Viper Security Service will process at our compben facility, an independent division of Viper Security Service, which specializes in payroll processing where the payroll for other leading corporate are also run. Viper Security Service would take full responsibility for the entire payroll administration including requirement of the deputes.

MANAGING STATUTORY REQUIREMENTS

Viper Security Service will take care of declaration forms, ESI transfer, inspection, maintenance of recording, monthly return, six months filing of returns, employee benefits administration and education the employees on how to avail the benefits when required.

PROVIDENT FUND:

Viper Security Service will work with client on periodic performance feedback of the deputed personnel. Grown to the industrial etc security service provider in J&K within a shorts space of times.
